The wooden shaft is made from natural cherry blossoms from Mt. Yoshino in Nara, and the glass nib is carefully handcrafted by craftsmen one by one. The glass pen is a writing instrument made in Japan, said to have been developed in 1902 by a Japanese wind chime craftsman. At the same time, Kuretake Co., Ltd. was also founded in 1902. To celebrate its 120th anniversary, the Kuretake Wood Glass Pen - Senbonzakura was released as one of the writing instruments worthy of the 120th anniversary. Please enjoy your writing time with this masterpiece, which is handmade one by one with love. The transparent and beautiful glass nib is made by glass artist Yoshitaka Tajima (Studio Kasho, Fukui Prefecture). Glass pens are writing instruments that can only be made completely by hand by craftsmen. Enjoy the smooth writing feel that blends with the ink.
