At MelloStore, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair cancellation, return, and refund process as outlined below.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your original order, please contact us immediately.

All complaints must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
π¦ Delivery Check
Before accepting delivery, we strongly advise you to inspect the outer packaging.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
β Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused and unaltered
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, barcodes, and the original invoice must be included
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
π Return Pickup Process
- Wherever possible, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partners.
- If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product via a reputed courier.
- In such cases, courier charges will be reimbursed, subject to prior confirmation and approval from our team.
We recommend secure and protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

All returned products are subject to inspection and verification.
If the issue is found to be genuine, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
We reserve the right to reject claims that are frivolous, baseless, or outside warranty coverage.

Once a return is approved:
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

Cancellation by MelloStore
We reserve the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment or verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In case of prepaid orders, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled
- Approval or rejection of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of MelloStore
