🚚 Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹100 shipping charge on orders below ₹999

⏱ Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • In some cases, dispatch may take up to 3–5 working days, depending on product availability or pin-code serviceability.

📦 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard transit time: 1–5 working days after dispatch, depending on delivery location.
  • Heavy consignments (above 3 kg) may be shipped via surface transport, which can take up to 5 working days in transit.

📍 Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, India.

🚛 Courier Partners

We ship through reputed courier partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Sri Anjani courier services, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

🗺 Shipping Address

  • Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
  • For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.

📅 Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

⚠️ Delays & Partial Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on product nature or availability.
  • If any item cannot be shipped within 7 working days, the unshipped portion will be cancelled and refunded, and the customer will be notified via email.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

All shipments, including complimentary items, are sent with a GST-compliant invoice as per Indian tax regulations.

💳 Refunds for Cancelled Shipments

  • Refunds for cancelled or unshipped items are initiated to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 2 working days, while bank credit timelines may vary between 7–15 business days.
